We specialize in sports-specific training through the HIT Center (High Intensity Training), which specializes in functional performance based athletic training Our Functional training programs are designed to: " Increase recovery time so that you are at full strength for every play " Improve overall body strength " Improve explosion to be able tackle with more force or so that you can drive off of the line of scrimmage with more strength " Faster reaction time so that you can be one step ahead of your opponent " Improve hip movement so that you can change directions more effectively " Increase vertical jump so that you can elevate for that big catch in traffic or to defend a pass. " Develop a quicker and more explosive first step to breakaway from the defender " Develop the core strength necessary to provide the athlete with proper balance needed when performing in unstable situations.
