For basketball we can take you one step further through a plethora of programs. We have the HIT center as well as the Pro Performance Sports Academy and also positional camps to help you get you game on the F.A.S.T. Trak. With the assistance of the Pro Performance Sports Academy what every your position we can help. With their veteran staff of college coaches and athletic trainers combined with a state-of the art facility, computer based physical assessments, and proven fitness strategies programs enable their clients to achieve specific athletic goals. F.A.S.T. Trak Sports Group also works in partnership with the High Intensity Training Center in Jacksonville, Florida. The HIT Center is a sports-specific training facility that specializes in functional training. Our Functional training programs are designed to: " Increase endurance and stamina so you can compete at an high level throughout the course of a game " Improve overall body strength to be able to handle the physicality of the game " Improve explosion, speed, and agility " Faster reaction time so that you can make quick decisions " Improve lateral movement so that you can become the defensive stopper that all coaches covet " Increase vertical jump so that you can elevate for a rebound or an jump shot.
